Peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising

Supporters create their own pages tied to a master campaign.

Peer-to-peer fundraising lets your supporters create personal fundraising pages and ask their networks to give on your behalf — walks, runs, birthday fundraisers, memorial campaigns. It's the P2P Fundraising tab under Campaigns (/p2p).

Creating a P2P campaign

On the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising page, click + New Campaign and set a name, description, and goal ($). Each campaign card then shows amount raised against goal with a progress bar, plus links to View Campaign Page, Fundraiser Signup, and Copy Link. You can edit the name, description, and goal later.

How supporters join

Share the Fundraiser Signup link. A supporter fills in their name, email, an optional personal goal, and their story ("why I'm fundraising"). Tormano creates an individual fundraising page for them at /fundraise/p/[page-slug] that they can share, with a one-tap "Post on X" button.

How donations flow

  • Gifts made through a fundraiser's page are attributed to that fundraiser (shown as "via [name]") and count toward their personal goal.
  • They also roll up to the campaign's overall raised total and goal.

Leaderboard

The public campaign page (/fundraise/[campaign-slug]) shows a Top Fundraisers leaderboard. Each fundraiser on it links to their own donate page so gifts are attributed to them directly.

Fundraiser self-management

Each fundraiser can return to a manage page (/fundraise/manage/[slug]), sign in with an emailed login link, and update their story, photo, and personal goal while tracking their own progress.
