Payments settle into your organization's own Stripe account, so you also pay Stripe's standard processing rate of 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge. All in, a card payment costs about 3.15% + 30¢. On a $5,000 invoice paid by card that is roughly $157.80 in total fees, of which $12.50 is Tormano's.

Most CRMs ship a handful of QuickBooks features as a paid add-on. Tormano ships the integration as the platform.

How we calculate this
We assume Tormano's QuickBooks integration removes up to 70% of the reconciliation hours you enter, leaving 30% as review time, and we price that time at the hourly cost you enter. Competitor costs use the seat price you pick, plus any published onboarding fee.
What unlimited users is worth
Your cost does not grow when you add volunteer coordinators, finance staff or board members.
