Control flow that matches how processes actually branch: If/Else with AND/OR condition groups, A/B splits for testing, parallel paths, goal nodes for early exit, and durable time delays that survive restarts - a workflow paused on a seven-day wait resumes exactly where it stood.

Before anything goes live, test mode dry-runs the workflow against a sample record through the real condition engine with zero side effects, reporting per step what would run, what would be skipped, and what is misconfigured. Version history snapshots every save and rolls back to any point. Execution logs record every run with its outcome.

Actions that do real work

Send email, create tasks and activities, update fields, assign owners, manage tags and lists, move deal stages, enroll contacts in sequences, call webhooks - and create QuickBooks invoices, estimates, or sales receipts directly from a workflow step. A won deal can invoice itself; a completed donation can book its own receipt trail. If a button or node exists, it performs the real operation - no decorative automation anywhere in the product. AI that shows its work

Every AI-driven change is logged with the old value, the new value, the confidence score, and the model's reasoning - and carries a one-click undo. If the model is wrong, the original comes back. That transparency layer is why the AI suite is safe to leave running.
