F&D Ventures LLC, doing business as Tormano (“Tormano,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to making its websites and applications — tormano.com, crm.tormano.com, and npcrm.tormano.com (collectively, the “Sites”) — accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as our design and development target and work to align new and updated features with it.
To support accessibility we use semantic HTML with ARIA labels on interactive controls, provide keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, maintain color-contrast ratios in our design tokens, label form fields with clear error messaging, and include descriptive text for meaningful images.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas of the Sites may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We review accessibility as part of our development process and prioritize fixes as they are identified. This statement will be updated as our conformance improves.
