Does Tormano support QuickBooks Desktop?
Yes. QuickBooks Online syncs in real time. QuickBooks Desktop syncs through Intuit's Web Connector on the schedule you set: customers, invoices, and donations flow into your company file, and everything else in Tormano works the same way.
Does Tormano support QuickBooks Online sandbox companies?
Yes. You can connect a sandbox QuickBooks Online company to a Tormano trial workspace and test the full sync end to end before going live.
What happens if I disconnect QuickBooks?
Clicking Disconnect inside Tormano ends Tormano's access with Intuit immediately. No further sync runs in either direction. Your historical records stay in both Tormano and QuickBooks, and you can reconnect at any time.
Do you support multiple QuickBooks Online companies?
Each Tormano organization syncs with one primary QuickBooks Online company. Additional companies can be connected read-only through the multi-entity view for consolidated revenue, receivables, and P&L reporting. If several companies each need full two-way sync, create one Tormano organization per company.
Is QuickBooks data secure inside Tormano?
Yes. Your QuickBooks connection is encrypted at rest, and every organization's data is kept strictly separate, so your QuickBooks data is never visible to other organizations.
