Open Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks

From inside Tormano, navigate to your integrations panel. You will see the official Connect to QuickBooks button, ready to launch the OAuth flow.

Sign in with your Intuit account and authorize

Intuit's secure OAuth screen asks you to choose a QuickBooks Online company and grant access. Tormano never sees your Intuit password.

First sync runs automatically

Tormano pulls existing QuickBooks customers, items, and recent transactions, then keeps them in sync from that moment on.

Disconnect any time

The same Settings page has a one-click Disconnect that revokes the OAuth tokens with Intuit immediately, through the official Revoke Access API.

Inside Tormano: Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks. The Connect to QuickBooks button switches to a Disconnect once OAuth is established. Is the QuickBooks integration available on every Tormano plan?

Yes. Two-way sync of customers, donations, invoices, sales receipts, payments, and refunds is included on every plan. The full 72-module integration (advanced automation, multi-currency, batch operations, purchase orders, and more) is included on the Professional plan.

Does Tormano support QuickBooks Online sandbox companies?

Yes. You can connect a sandbox QuickBooks Online company to a Tormano trial workspace and test the full sync end to end before going live.

What happens if I disconnect QuickBooks?

Clicking Disconnect inside Tormano revokes the OAuth tokens through Intuit's official Revoke Access API. No further sync runs in either direction. Your historical records stay in Tormano and QuickBooks. You can reconnect at any time.

Do you support multiple QuickBooks Online companies?

One QuickBooks Online company per Tormano organization. If you manage multiple QuickBooks companies, create one Tormano organization per company. QuickBooks Online Accountant multi-realm setups are not supported today.

Is QuickBooks data secure inside Tormano?

All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Tormano enforces strict tenant isolation on every database query so your QuickBooks data is never visible to other organizations. We pass an annual security review by Intuit's BlackDuck team.
