Open Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks
From inside Tormano, open the integrations panel. You will see the official Connect to QuickBooks button, ready to launch the OAuth flow.
Sign in with your Intuit account and authorize
Intuit's secure OAuth screen asks you to choose a QuickBooks Online company and grant access. Tormano never sees your Intuit password.

Does Tormano support QuickBooks Desktop?
Yes. QuickBooks Online syncs in real time through Intuit's API and webhooks. QuickBooks Desktop connects through the official QuickBooks Web Connector: download the configuration file from Tormano's settings, import it into the Web Connector on Windows, and customers, donations, and invoices sync as qbXML on the schedule you set.
Does Tormano support QuickBooks Online sandbox companies?
Yes. You can connect a sandbox QuickBooks Online company to a Tormano trial workspace and test the full sync end to end before going live.
What happens if I disconnect QuickBooks?
Clicking Disconnect inside Tormano revokes the OAuth tokens through Intuit's official revoke API. No further sync runs in either direction. Your historical records stay in both Tormano and QuickBooks, and you can reconnect at any time.
Do you support multiple QuickBooks Online companies?
One primary QuickBooks Online company syncs transactionally per Tormano organization. Additional companies can be connected read-only through the Multi-Entity view for consolidated revenue, receivables, and P&L reporting across entities. If you manage several companies that each need full transactional sync, create one Tormano organization per company.
Is QuickBooks data secure inside Tormano?
All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and Tormano enforces strict tenant isolation on every database query, so your QuickBooks data is never visible to other organizations.
