Text-to-Give (SMS keyword giving)

Keyword giving by text is not available. The whole mechanic was to text a giving link back to the donor, and Tormano does not send text messages - so a keyword texted in is not acted on, and there is no keyword to configure.

Getting the giving link in front of donors

Your donation forms are unchanged and every one of them has a public link. Put that link wherever the keyword would have gone:

• On flyers, on screens, and from the stage.
• In an email appeal, on your website, or in a social post.
• On a landing page (Marketing > Landing Pages, called Outreach on the Nonprofit edition) when you want the ask and the form on one page.

Build and publish the forms themselves under Campaigns > Donation Forms. Gifts given through them settle through Stripe and record exactly like any other online donation.

Carrier keywords

The number stays registered and still answers the three carrier-mandated keywords: STOP unsubscribes the sender and records the opt-out, START re-subscribes them, and HELP returns program and support information.
