TormanoTormano does not send text messages of any kind: not one-to-one texts, not campaigns, not automated reminders. Your outbound channels are email and, if you set it up, WhatsApp.
Your message history is still here
The Messages page stays open and editable:
- Campaigns: every campaign you built, with its audience and history.
- Templates: your message templates, still editable.
- Opt-outs: your opt-out list, still authoritative and still growing.
Message history and consent records are kept alongside them.
Texts sent to you are still answered
Your number stays registered, so messages people send you still arrive. If someone texts STOP, Tormano unsubscribes them and records the opt-out; START re-subscribes them; HELP returns your program and support information.
What to reach people with
- Email: campaigns, one-to-one mail, and timed sequences on the Business edition. See Send an email campaign.
- WhatsApp: two-way messaging that runs on your own Meta Business account rather than a Tormano number. Set it up on the WhatsApp page, under its Settings tab.
- Video messages: record and send a tracked video from the Video Messages tab.
Calls you make yourself can be logged as an activity on the record, so the timeline stays complete.
