TormanoThe self-serve inbox connector at Email > Accounts & Sync (/email-sync) supports two providers, both via OAuth2:
- Gmail / Google Workspace (Google OAuth2)
- Outlook / Microsoft 365 (Microsoft OAuth2)
The Connect Email Account dialog offers only these two options — there is currently no "Generic IMAP/SMTP" tile in the app.
If you use a different provider
If your mail is hosted somewhere other than Google or Microsoft (for example iCloud, Fastmail, Zoho, or a custom-domain host), you can't connect it yourself from the UI today. Contact support@tormano.com to discuss options for your setup.
Everything else still works
Even without a connected inbox, Tormano can still send campaign and transactional email through its built-in email delivery (see "Email delivery"). A connected inbox is what adds two-way sync — logging replies onto contact timelines and sending from your own mailbox.
Security
Any credentials Tormano stores for connected accounts are encrypted at rest and never logged.
