Tormano supports three Google integrations — sign-in, calendar sync, and email — each independent.
Google Sign-In
This is a login-page button, not a Settings toggle. On the sign-in screen your team can click Continue with Google instead of typing a password. Supports Google Workspace and personal Google accounts. (This is separate from SAML SSO, which is configured on the Security page's SSO tab and is for enterprise identity providers only.)
Google Calendar Sync
Connect at Calendar > Calendar & Sync (/calendar-sync). Link your Google Calendar and Tormano keeps events in sync, matching attendee emails to your CRM contacts. Each connected calendar has a configurable sync direction.
Gmail / Email Sync
Connect at Email > Accounts & Sync (/email-sync). In the Connect Email Account dialog, choose Gmail / Google Workspace, which connects via Google OAuth2 — you authorize Tormano through Google's standard consent screen; no app password or IMAP setup is involved. Once connected, your inbox syncs and outbound CRM email routes through your real Gmail so replies land in your real inbox.
Token storage
Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and decrypted only when used.
