Tormano supports Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Azure AD for the same three things as Google: sign-in, calendar, email.
Microsoft Sign-In (SSO)
Enable in Settings > Security > SSO > Microsoft. Users see "Continue with Microsoft" on the login page. Supports Microsoft 365 work/school accounts and personal Microsoft accounts.
Outlook Calendar Sync
Connect at /calendar-sync > Outlook. Same bi-directional behavior as Google: events sync, attendees match, sync direction configurable. Uses Microsoft Graph API.
Outlook Email Sync
Connect at /email-sync > Microsoft 365. Full OAuth via Microsoft Graph — no app password needed, unlike Gmail. Two-way sync between your Outlook inbox and Tormano contact timelines.
Multi-account
Each user can connect their own personal Outlook and a shared team mailbox (info@, support@). Shared inbox replies can be sent from any team member with permission.
Tenant isolation
Microsoft tenants are kept separate. Connecting your @acme.com Outlook to your Tormano account doesn't expose your data to other Acme employees on Tormano unless they're explicitly added to your shared inbox.
