Event attendance and revenue stats

Tormano keeps live attendance statistics for each event so you can see how it's performing.

What's tracked per event

• Total registered — everyone signed up for the event.
• Active registrations — registrations excluding cancellations.
• Checked in — how many have arrived (from the Check In action on the Registrations tab).
• Attendance rate — checked-in divided by active registrations, as a percentage.
• Total revenue — the sum of amounts paid across the event's registrations.
• Status breakdown — a count of registrations by status (registered, confirmed, attended, no-show, waitlisted, cancelled).

Following up

Use the Registrations tab to message attendees after the event — filter by status to reach, say, everyone who was registered — for a thank-you or a recap.

Where to find it

These figures update in real time as people register and check in, and are also available through the public API.
