On event day, you check attendees in from the event's Registrations tab — it works on a phone or tablet at the welcome desk.
How it works
- Open the event and go to the Registrations tab.
- Each registrant's row has a Check In button. Tap it to mark that person as arrived with a timestamp; the row then shows Checked in.
- Rows that are waitlisted or cancelled can't be checked in.
- You can also Resend Ticket to a registrant from the same row.
Walk-ups
For someone who didn't register ahead of time, add them on the Registrations tab first (search for or create the contact), then check them in.
Real-time attendance stats
Tormano tracks live attendance for each event — total registered, how many have checked in, and the resulting attendance rate — so you always know how full the room is. See "Event analytics" for the full breakdown.
