On event day, the check-in interface lets you mark attendees as arrived from any phone or tablet.
Where to access
Event detail page > Check-in tab. Bookmark this on devices you'll use at the welcome desk.
How it works
- Search — start typing a name, email, or ticket number; matching registrations appear instantly.
- Tap to check in — one tap marks the attendee as arrived with timestamp.
- Multi-attendee tickets — for sponsor tables, you can mark all 10 as arrived at once.
- Walk-ups — register a new attendee on the spot, take payment via the connected Stripe terminal or mark as comp.
Badge printing
If you have a badge printer connected, check-in can auto-print a badge with name, ticket type, and any add-ons. Configure in Settings > Events > Badge Template.
Real-time stats
The dashboard shows real-time totals: registered, checked in, no-show. Refresh-free updates so the welcome desk team stays in sync.
Offline support
If WiFi is spotty, the check-in interface works offline using the PWA cache. Check-ins queue locally and sync when connection returns. No lost data.
