Tormano has three reporting surfaces, each for a different need.
/reports — pre-built reports
Curated reports for the most common questions: contact growth, deal pipeline value, win/loss analysis, donation trends, donor retention, top donors, lapsed donors, grant pipeline. Click a report to run it; tweak filters; export.
/dashboards — customizable widget dashboards
Tab-based dashboards with KPI cards, charts, pipeline funnels, recent-activity feeds, data tables, goal trackers, task lists. Drag widgets, resize, save multiple named dashboards. Pre-built templates: Sales Overview (B2B) and Fundraising Overview (NP).
Custom reports
For questions the pre-built reports don't answer. Build from scratch: pick the entity (contacts, deals, donations, activities), apply filters, group, aggregate, save the report definition for reuse.

If you're new, start with /dashboards and pick a template. Once you find a question the dashboards don't answer, build a custom report.
