White-label settings let you add your own logo to customer-facing pages and provide a support email. Find them under Settings > White-Label.
What you can set today
- Logo — your logo is shown on customer-facing surfaces: the donor portal, donation forms, and the public booking and signing pages.
- Support email and help text — used for support links shown to your team.
- Usage & Billing — a per-month snapshot of contacts, users, storage, API calls, emails, and AI credits for your organization.
Not available yet
The following options are not currently part of white-label:
- Custom domains — serving the app on your own domain (e.g.
crm.yourcompany.com) is not available. There is no certificate issuance or domain routing for tenant domains. - Visual theming — custom brand colors, fonts, custom CSS, favicon, and login-page customization do not currently change the app's appearance.
- Hiding "Powered by Tormano" — the badge on the donor portal and donation forms cannot currently be hidden.
- Custom email sender — outbound email is sent from Tormano's configured sender; a per-organization sender domain is not available.
