White-label settings let you replace Tormano branding with your own across customer-facing surfaces. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
Custom subdomain
Default: yourorg.tormano.com. Optional: crm.yourorg.com or portal.yourorg.com (any subdomain you own).
To set up:
- Settings > White-Label > Custom Domain > + Add Domain.
- Add a CNAME record at your DNS host:
crm.yourorg.com → tormano-customers.io. - Wait 1-2 hours for propagation.
- Tormano auto-issues an SSL cert via Let's Encrypt.
- Toggle Use as primary to make it the default in all generated links (donation forms, donor portal, P2P pages).
Custom email sender
Default: emails come from noreply@yourorg.tormano.com. With domain authentication set up (DKIM/SPF/DMARC), you can use hello@yourorg.com directly — replies come back to your real inbox.
Brand colors
Beyond the org-wide brand colors, you can customize:
- Donor portal theme (header color, button color, font).
- Donation form theme.
- Public P2P page theme.
- Email template defaults.
- Tax receipt PDF theme.
Removed Tormano branding
On Growth+: footer "Powered by Tormano" link is removed from donor portal and donation forms. On Enterprise: also removed from generated PDFs (tax receipts, grant proposals).
