Zoom video meetings

Tormano connects to Zoom so you can create and manage Zoom meetings without leaving the CRM. Each user connects their own Zoom account in one click using standard Zoom OAuth.

Adding the integration

1. In Tormano, open Calendar > Video Conferencing (the /service/video page).
2. Open the Providers tab.
3. On the Zoom card, click Connect Zoom.
4. You are redirected to Zoom to sign in and authorize Tormano. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
5. Zoom returns you to Tormano, and the Zoom card now shows Connected with the email of the Zoom account you linked.

If you are not signed in to Tormano when you open the page, you are sent to the Tormano login screen first and then returned to the connect page.

Using the integration

Once Zoom is connected you can:

• Create a Zoom meeting from the Meetings tab in Video Conferencing, or while scheduling against a contact, deal, company, or donor record. Tormano creates the meeting in your Zoom account and saves the join link, start time, and passcode on the record.
• Reschedule or rename the meeting in Tormano and the matching Zoom meeting is updated automatically.
• Cancel the meeting in Tormano and the matching Zoom meeting is deleted from your Zoom account.

Tormano reads your Zoom name and email once, at connect time, only to display which account is linked. Tormano does not access your Zoom cloud recordings or participant data.

Removing the integration

1. Open Calendar > Video Conferencing > Providers.
2. On the Zoom card, click Disconnect.

Disconnecting deletes the encrypted Zoom access and refresh tokens Tormano stored for your account, so Tormano can no longer create or change Zoom meetings on your behalf. You can also remove Tormano from Zoom's side at Zoom Marketplace > Manage > Added Apps > Tormano > Remove. Join links already saved on Tormano records remain on those records until you delete them.
