Connect Zoom

Connect Zoom and you can create and manage Zoom meetings without leaving Tormano. Everyone connects their own Zoom account, in one click.

Adding the integration

1. In Tormano, open Calendar > Video Conferencing.
2. Open the Providers tab.
3. On the Zoom card, click Connect Zoom.
4. Sign in to Zoom, review what Tormano is asking for, and click Allow.
5. You return to Tormano, and the Zoom card shows Connected with the email address of the account you linked.

Using the integration

Once Zoom is connected you can:

• Create a Zoom meeting from the Meetings tab, or while scheduling against a contact, company, deal, or donor. The meeting is created in your Zoom account, and the join link, start time, and passcode are saved on the record.
• Reschedule or rename it in Tormano and the Zoom meeting follows.
• Cancel it in Tormano and the Zoom meeting is deleted from your Zoom account.

Tormano never accesses your Zoom recordings or participant data.

Removing the integration

1. Open Calendar > Video Conferencing > Providers.
2. On the Zoom card, click Disconnect.

Disconnecting removes Tormano’s access to your Zoom account, so it can no longer create or change meetings for you. You can also remove Tormano from the Zoom side, at Zoom Marketplace > Manage > Added Apps > Tormano > Remove. Meetings already created stay in Zoom, and their join links stay on your records.
