Connect Calendly and every booking becomes a Tormano contact with a meeting on their timeline. Cancellations update the meeting too, and new bookings arrive in real time.
Before you start
Calendly only sends live booking webhooks on its Professional plan or higher. On lower plans the connection will tell you that webhooks are not available on your plan.
Getting your token
In Calendly, go to Integrations & apps > API and webhooks > Personal access tokens and generate a new token, then copy it.
Connecting
In Tormano, go to Settings > Integrations > Calendly, paste the token, and click Connect. Tormano checks the token and sets up the booking webhook for you. If you are an owner or admin, Tormano captures bookings for your whole organization; otherwise it captures your own bookings. Your token is stored encrypted.
What happens on each booking
- The invitee becomes a contact (matched by email), or their existing record is updated.
- A meeting is added to the contact's timeline with the event name, time, duration, location (Zoom, Google Meet, phone, or in person), and any booking questions and answers, plus reschedule and cancel links.
- Your automations fire, so a booking can start a sequence or notify your team.
- If the invitee cancels, the meeting is marked canceled.
Duplicate deliveries are ignored automatically.
Removing the integration
Click Disconnect on the same page. Tormano removes the webhook it created and stops capturing bookings.
