Create a booking page (meeting types)

Let contacts book time with you from a public link.

A meeting type is a bookable appointment (a 30-minute discovery call, a 15-minute intro, etc.). Each meeting type gets its own public booking page so contacts can pick an open slot without emailing back and forth.

Create one

  1. Open Meetings in the sidebar and switch to the Meeting Types tab.
  2. Click + New Meeting Type.
  3. Set a Name, a Duration (15/30/45/60 minutes), and optionally a Minimum notice and how bookings are assigned (see the round-robin article).
  4. Click Create. Tormano generates a public booking link.

Share the link

On each meeting type row, Preview opens the public page and Copy Link copies the URL. The link looks like https://your-app-host/book/your-slug. Put it in your email signature, on your website, or send it directly.

What the booker sees

The public page shows open time slots in the meeting's time zone. When the booker confirms, Tormano:

  • Creates (or matches) a Contact for them automatically.
  • Logs an Activity on that contact's timeline, assigned to the host.
  • Emails the booker a confirmation with Reschedule and Cancel links, and emails you (the host) a new-booking notice.

Avoid double-booking

Connect your Google or Outlook calendar under Settings > Integrations. Once connected, your existing busy times are hidden from the booking page, and each confirmed booking is written to your calendar (and moved/removed when a booking is rescheduled or cancelled).

Reminders

Confirmed bookings get an automated email reminder to the booker ahead of the meeting. You are reminded through your connected calendar's own notifications.
