TormanoConnect your WooCommerce store and every order, plus every new customer, becomes a Tormano contact with their full purchase history. New orders arrive on their own, and each contact shows their orders, total spent, and last order. It is free and takes a few minutes.
Getting your API keys
- In your WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API and click Add key.
- Give it a description and choose a user who can see orders.
- Set Permissions to Read/Write and click Generate API key.
- Copy the Consumer key and Consumer secret.
The secret is shown only once, so copy it before you leave the page.
Connecting
In Tormano, go to Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce, paste your store address, consumer key, and consumer secret, then click Connect. Tormano checks the keys and starts receiving new orders automatically. Your keys are stored encrypted.
What syncs
- Orders: each new or updated order creates or updates a contact, matched on the billing email, and records the order, what was in it, the total, and its status, with a note on the contact’s timeline.
- Customers: someone who registers without ordering still becomes a contact.
- Purchase history: the contact’s page shows total spent, how many orders, and the most recent ones.
Orders are never double-counted, and details already on a contact are never overwritten: only blank fields are filled in.
Backfilling past orders
Click Import recent orders to bring your most recent orders into Tormano in one step.
Removing the integration
Click Disconnect on the same page, and orders stop arriving.
