Connect an Eventbrite account and every registration automatically becomes a Tormano Contact, plus an Event and an Event Registration, with no manual export or import. It works for business events (webinars, conferences) and nonprofit events (galas, fundraisers) alike, and the Eventbrite API is free.
Connecting
Go to Settings > Integrations > Eventbrite and click Connect Eventbrite. You authorize on Eventbrite, and Tormano subscribes a webhook for your account automatically.
What happens on each registration
- The attendee becomes a Contact (matched and deduped by email).
- The Eventbrite event becomes a Tormano Event, and the attendee becomes an Event Registration on it (ticket type and paid amount captured).
- It is idempotent, so the same registration is never duplicated.
For security, Tormano re-fetches each order and attendee directly from Eventbrite with your stored token, so a spoofed webhook cannot inject data.
Backfilling past events
Each event has an Import attendees button that pulls in everyone who already registered, so you can bring existing or past events into Tormano.
Removing the integration
Click Disconnect on the same page. Tormano removes the webhook it added and stops syncing.
