TormanoConnect an Eventbrite account and every sign-up becomes a contact in Tormano, along with the event itself and a registration on it. There is no export or import to run. It works for webinars and conferences as well as galas and fundraisers, at no extra cost from Eventbrite.
Connecting
Go to Settings > Integrations > Eventbrite and click Connect Eventbrite. Approve access in Eventbrite, and Tormano sets up the connection for you.
What happens on each registration
- The attendee becomes a contact, matched by email so nobody is duplicated.
- The Eventbrite event becomes a Tormano event, and the attendee becomes a registration on it, with their ticket type and the amount they paid.
- The same registration is never recorded twice.
Every sign-up is confirmed directly with Eventbrite before it is saved.
Importing past events
Each event has an Import attendees button that brings in everyone who has already signed up, so past and current events can come across too.
Removing the integration
Click Disconnect on the same page, and sign-ups stop arriving.
