Once a grant is awarded, the work is just starting. Tormano tracks the reporting cycle and surfaces renewal opportunities.
Reporting cycle
On the grant detail page, the Reports section lists each required report with due date, status, and submitted date. Add new reports as the funder schedule requires (interim Q1, interim Q2, final).
Linking reports to outcome data
Each report can link to Program records in Tormano. The program's beneficiary counts, outcome metrics, and impact stories pre-populate the report's quantitative section.
Renewal opportunities
When a grant moves to Closed status, Tormano can auto-create a new grant record in Researching stage for the next cycle, pre-filled with funder, amount, and last cycle's deadlines (offset by 12 months). Configure in Settings > Pipelines > Grants > Auto-renewal rule.
Funder relationship view
The Company/Organization record for a funder shows every grant ever submitted to them, the success rate, total received, and last submission date. Use this for board reports and prospect prioritization.
