Keep on top of grant deadlines

Every grant carries an application deadline. Once it is awarded, you track reporting dates through its milestones and reports.

Deadline status on the dashboard

The Grants dashboard shows an Upcoming Deadlines KPI, and every grant row has a Deadline Status badge computed from its application deadline:

• Overdue: the deadline has passed and the grant is not yet awarded, declined, or closed.
• Upcoming: the deadline is within 30 days, and the badge counts the days, for example 12d.
• Further out: more than 30 days away, again with the day count, for example 45d away.

Grants that are awarded, declined, or closed show as Closed and drop out of the deadline count. Click any row to open the grant.

Milestone notifications

Tormano notifies you in the app as a milestone approaches, starting 30 days out and more often as the date nears. Add milestones with due dates on a grant’s Milestones tab.

Reporting deadlines

Add each report the funder wants on the grant’s Reports tab, with its due date, so it appears in the grant’s report list. Reports can be interim, annual, final, financial, narrative, or anything you name yourself.
