TormanoGrants carry an application deadline, and once awarded you'll also track reporting dates through milestones and reports.
Deadline status on the dashboard
The Grants dashboard shows an Upcoming Deadlines KPI, and every grant row has a Deadline Status badge computed from its application deadline:
- Overdue — the deadline has passed and the grant isn't yet awarded/declined/closed.
- Upcoming — the deadline is within the next 30 days; the badge shows the day count (for example 12d).
- Further out — more than 30 days away; the badge shows the day count (for example 45d away).
Grants that are awarded, declined, or closed show as Closed and drop out of the active-deadline count. Click any row to open the grant.
Milestone deadline notifications
Tormano surfaces in-app notifications for milestones that are coming due (within 30 days, escalating at the 30-, 14-, 7-, 3-, and 1-day marks with rising urgency). Add milestones with due dates on a grant's Milestones tab to drive these.
Track reporting deadlines
For post-award reporting due dates, use the grant's Reports tab — add each required report (interim, annual, final, financial, narrative, or custom) with its due date so it appears in the grant's report list.
