Act on many deals at once

Switch to List view with the toggle above the board, then select deals with the checkboxes at the left of each row. A toolbar appears showing how many you have selected.

Available actions

• Assign Owner: changes the owner on every selected deal. Requires permission to edit deals.
• Change Stage: moves every selected deal to another stage in the pipeline you are looking at.
• Delete: hides the selected deals. Requires permission to delete deals.

Automations still run for each deal you change.

About delete

Deleted deals are hidden, not destroyed. Email support@tormano.com to bring one back.

Selecting rows

The checkbox in the header selects the deals on the page you are looking at, not every deal that matches your filter. Narrow the filter first if you need to act on a large set.
