Switch to List view via the toggle above the kanban. Select multiple deals using row checkboxes; the bulk action bar appears at the bottom.
Available actions
- Assign Owner — change the owner on every selected deal.
- Change Stage — move every selected deal to a new stage (across the same pipeline only).
- Add Tag / Remove Tag — bulk tagging.
- Export Selected — CSV download.
- Delete — soft-delete (recoverable from Settings > Data Compliance for 30 days).
Cross-pipeline limitation
Bulk stage change can only target stages within the same pipeline. To move deals across pipelines, do it one at a time on each deal's detail page (changing pipeline resets the stage).
What gets logged
A single audit log entry summarizes the bulk operation (e.g. "Reassigned 18 deals to Sarah"). Each individual deal still fires its own automations and webhooks.
