Web forms: capture leads on your site

Build a form, embed it, and see every submission.

Tormano's own Web Forms let you collect leads directly into the CRM without a third-party form tool.

Build a form

  1. Open Web Forms and create a form.
  2. In the builder, add fields (text, email, textarea, dropdown, and more), mark which are required, and optionally set conditional show/hide rules.
  3. Map fields to CRM fields so submissions land on the right contact properties.
  4. Keep the form Active so it accepts submissions.

Publish, share, and embed

From the Web Forms list, use the Share button to get:

  • The hosted link (https://your-app-host/forms/<id>) you can send directly or link to.
  • An iframe embed snippet you can paste into your own website.

The public form is protected by a CAPTCHA to stop spam.

What happens on submit

Each submission is stored, and (when the form is set to create contacts) a Contact is created or matched automatically, so a new lead shows up in your CRM immediately.

View submissions

Click the Submissions icon on a form to open its submissions viewer. It lists every submission's field values, the submit time, its processing status, and a link to the contact that was created. You can export the current page to CSV.

Third-party forms

If you'd rather keep using Jotform, Typeform, or Google Forms, see "Capturing Jotform, Typeform & Google Forms submissions" under Integrations.
