Installing a template
Click Install Template. Tormano clones the template into your workflows in Paused state. Edit the email content, recipient lists, and conditions to match your org. Test once with a single contact, then activate.
Customizing after install
Templates aren't locked. After install, the workflow is yours — rename it, restructure it, add steps, remove steps. Updates to the template library don't override your customizations.
