Settings > Billing is your payment and plan management page.
Current plan
Shows your active plan tier, billing cycle (monthly or annual), next renewal date, and active seat count. Annual saves ~17% vs monthly.
Changing plans
Upgrade is immediate, prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Adding seats
B2B per-seat plans charge per seat. Adding a 6th seat on a 5-seat plan prompts: continue at the higher seat count (prorated immediately) or cancel.
Invoices
Every cycle, Stripe issues an invoice charged to your payment method on file. Invoices are visible at Settings > Billing > Invoice History with PDF download.
Payment method
Update card or bank account at Settings > Billing > Payment Method. We use Stripe Customer Portal for this so you never enter card details into Tormano directly — your card data lives only in Stripe.
Cancellation
Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but keeps your account active until the end of the current cycle. Data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation in case you reactivate; after that, it's permanently deleted.
Refunds
Annual plans are eligible for prorated refunds within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, the cycle runs to its end. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
