Settings > Billing & Plan is your payment and plan management page. It shows your current plan, trial status, usage, and an inline plan picker.
Plans
Tormano CRM (B2B) plans are billed per seat:
- Essentials — $35/seat/mo ($29/seat/mo billed annually)
- Growth — $69/seat/mo ($59/seat/mo annually)
- Business — $119/seat/mo ($99/seat/mo annually)
Tormano Nonprofit plans are a flat monthly rate:
- Starter — $59/mo ($49/mo annually)
- Standard — $119/mo ($99/mo annually)
- Professional — $299/mo ($249/mo effective, billed annually)
Choosing the annual cycle is cheaper than paying month to month.
Free trial
New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required up front, but you are not charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel anytime before then.
Changing plans
Pick a different plan from the inline plan picker on this page. Upgrades take effect right away; the change is applied to your subscription through Stripe.
Managing billing (invoices and payment method)
Click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your card, view and download past invoices, and see your billing history. Card details live only in Stripe — you never enter them into Tormano directly. (There are no separate in-app "Invoice History" or "Payment Method" pages; everything runs through the portal.)
Cancellation
Use Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops auto-renewal but keeps your account active until the end of the current cycle. Your data is preserved for 30 days after access ends, so you can reactivate or export it; if you take no action after that, it is removed. You can reactivate anytime during that window from this page.
