TormanoSettings > Billing & Plan is your payment and plan management page. It shows your current plan, trial status, usage, and an inline plan picker.
Plans
Tormano CRM (B2B) plans are billed per seat:
- Essentials - $35/seat/mo ($29/seat/mo billed annually)
- Growth - $69/seat/mo ($59/seat/mo annually)
- Business - $119/seat/mo ($99/seat/mo annually)
Tormano Nonprofit plans are a flat monthly rate:
- Starter - $59/mo ($49/mo annually)
- Standard - $119/mo ($99/mo annually)
- Professional - $299/mo ($249/mo effective, billed annually)
Choosing the annual cycle is cheaper than paying month to month.
Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required. You are not asked for a card when you sign up, nothing is charged when the trial ends, and there is nothing you have to cancel to avoid a charge.
For the full 14 days you get the plan you picked at signup, with all of that plan's features.
What happens when the trial ends
If you have not chosen a paid plan by the end of day 14, your workspace is paused - it becomes read-only. Your data is kept, not deleted. You can still sign in and read your records; you just cannot create or change them until a plan is in place.
To continue, add a payment method any time from Settings > Billing and pick your plan. Billing and auto-renewal start from that purchase, and only from that purchase - nothing before it.
The platform fee on payments is separate from your plan
Your plan price above is the subscription. If you collect money through Tormano - donations, invoices, event or class payments - there is also a platform fee per transaction, and it is not billed here: it is taken out of the transaction itself, before the money reaches your account.
- Nonprofit edition - 2.00% per transaction. All-in on a card donation, about 4.9% + 30 cents once Stripe's standard processing rate is included.
- Business edition - 0.25% per transaction. All-in on a card payment, about 3.15% + 30 cents.
Your organization is the merchant of record and pays both fees, because charges run on your own connected Stripe account. Payments and gifts you record manually carry no platform fee, and a refund returns Tormano's platform fee in proportion. Changing plans
Pick a different plan from the inline plan picker on this page. Upgrades take effect right away; the change is applied to your subscription through Stripe.
Managing billing (invoices and payment method)
Click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your card, view and download past invoices, and see your billing history. Card details live only in Stripe - you never enter them into Tormano directly. (There are no separate in-app "Invoice History" or "Payment Method" pages; everything runs through the portal.)
Cancellation
Use Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops auto-renewal but keeps your account active until the end of the current cycle. Your data is preserved for 90 days after access ends, so you can reactivate or export it any time during that window; if you take no action after that, it is permanently removed. You can reactivate anytime during that window from this page.
