Share a report with a read-only link

You can hand a report to a board member, client, or manager who does not have a Tormano login by generating a read-only share link.

How it works

Where a report supports it, a Share button generates a link like https://your-app-host/shared/<token>. Anyone with the link can view the report; no login is required.

It is a frozen snapshot

The link captures the report's data at the moment you share it. The public page shows only that frozen snapshot; it never queries live data. That means a share link can never expose anything beyond exactly what you saw when you created it, and the numbers won't change out from under the viewer.

Expiry and revocation

Share links expire automatically (30 days by default). You can also revoke a link at any time, after which it stops working immediately and returns a "link unavailable" message.

Where it's available

The Share button is available on the Time in Stage report (Deals > Analytics). More reports will gain the same button over time.
