TormanoThe Time in Stage report shows, for each stage of your pipeline, how many deals are sitting there now, how long they have been there, and how long deals usually spend there before moving on.
Where to find it
Open Deals and go to the Analytics view. The Time in Stage section is at the top.
How to read it
- Deals here now: how many open deals are currently in the stage.
- Avg age (current): the average time those current deals have been sitting in the stage.
- Avg time in stage (historical): how long deals that have already moved on spent in this stage.
Long average times point to bottleneck stages worth investigating.
It starts from today
The report is built from stage changes as they happen, so it starts collecting the day you begin moving deals. A stage with no movement recorded yet shows as empty.
