Post notifications to Microsoft Teams

Tormano can post to a Microsoft Teams channel on the same events as Slack: a new contact, company, deal, or donation, and a deal won, lost, or moved to another stage.

Setup

1. In your Teams channel, add a Workflow using the template Post to a channel when a webhook request is received.
2. Copy the address the Workflow gives you.
3. In Tormano, go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams, paste it in, and save. Tormano posts a confirmation card to your channel.

Send test message posts a test card whenever you want to check it. No IT approval is needed.

Turn each event on or off on the same settings page.

Removing the integration

Click Disconnect on the same page.
