Microsoft Teams notifications

Post CRM event notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel using a Workflows webhook.

2 min read · Updated Jul 7, 2026

Tormano can post notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel on the same CRM events as Slack: new contact, company, deal, or donation, and deal won, lost, or stage changed.

Setup (uses Microsoft Workflows)

Microsoft retired the old "Incoming Webhook" connectors, so Tormano uses the current Workflows (Power Automate) model:

  1. In your Teams channel, add a Workflow using the template "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received."
  2. Copy the HTTP URL that the Workflow gives you.
  3. In Tormano, go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams, paste the URL, and save. Tormano checks that it is a genuine Microsoft URL and posts a confirmation card to your channel.

A Send test message button confirms it is wired up. No Azure app or admin sign-off is required.

Choosing what posts

Like Slack, Teams notifications are event-driven and configured on this page. Slack is a good fit for Slack shops; Teams covers Microsoft 365 teams.
