The kanban board

Visual pipeline with drag-drop, color modes, and quick-add.

The kanban board is the default view of /deals. Toggle between Board and List view via the icon toggle at the top.

What you see

Each pipeline stage is a column. Each deal is a card showing the deal name, value, contact/company, and owner. Drag cards between columns to change stages. Drag within a column to reorder.

Stage summary headers

Each column header shows:

  • Deal count — how many deals are in this stage right now
  • Total value — the sum of all deal values in this stage

A summary line above the board also shows the total deal count and total pipeline value across all stages.

Customizable card fields

Click the Card Fields dropdown above the board to choose which fields show on each card. There are six toggles — Deal Value, Contact, Company, Owner, Close Date, and Days in Stage — and you can turn on any combination. By default the cards show Deal Value, Contact, Company, Owner, and Close Date.

Collapsible stages

Click the chevron on a stage header to collapse it into a narrow vertical strip. Use this to hide late-funnel stages while focusing on prospecting, or to widen a single column you're working in.

Quick-add

Each column has a + at the bottom that opens an inline form to create a deal directly in that stage. Faster than opening the full create modal.
