Find any page or record with the command bar

Press Cmd+K on Mac (or Ctrl+K on Windows / Linux) anywhere in Tormano to open the command bar. It’s a single search box that matches across:

• Recent: the last 8 pages you visited
• Pages: every page and tab your edition has, plus Home and the help center
• Settings: every settings sub-page
• Records: your contacts and companies (Constituents and Organizations on the Nonprofit edition), plus deals or donations, as you type

How it works

1. Press Cmd+K from anywhere.
2. Start typing. Matches appear instantly as you type.
3. Use arrow keys to move through results, Enter to open, Esc to close.

Why it matters

The command bar gets you to any page or record without touching the sidebar. Type a few letters, press Enter.

Record results show small badges naming the kind of record (Contact, Company, Deal, Donation; the Nonprofit edition calls them Constituent and Organization) and contextual info like email, industry, or deal value. Pages and settings show the area they sit in, so you can tell similar names apart.
