Press Cmd+K on Mac (or Ctrl+K on Windows / Linux) anywhere in Tormano to open the command bar. It's a single search box that matches across:
- Recent — the last 8 pages you visited
- Pages — every page in the app, generated from the navigation itself, so it always lists exactly the sidebar items and in-page tabs your edition has (plus Home and "Get Started & Help Center")
- Settings — every settings sub-page
- Records — your contacts and companies (Donors and Organizations on Nonprofit), plus deals on B2B or donations on Nonprofit, as you type
How it works
- Hit
Cmd+Kfrom anywhere. - Start typing. Matches appear instantly as you type.
- Use arrow keys to move through results, Enter to open, Esc to close.
Why it matters
Tormano has a lot of surfaces. Once you build the muscle memory, the command bar replaces almost all clicking through menus. Most power users never use the sidebar after their first week.
Record results show small badges (Contact/Donor, Company/Organization, Deal, Donation) and contextual info like email, industry, or deal value. Pages and settings entries show their parent breadcrumb so you can disambiguate similar names.
