Connecting Zapier

Zapier connects Tormano to thousands of other apps with no code. Use Tormano triggers (for example, New Contact or New Donation) to start a Zap, and Tormano actions (for example, Create Contact or Create Deal) as steps inside a Zap.

Finding the app on Zapier

Tormano is published in the Zapier App Directory, so you can connect it directly. No invite is needed. Go to Settings > Integrations > Zapier and click Set Up to open the connect page for your account, or search Zapier for Tormano CRM (business orgs) or Tormano Nonprofit (nonprofit orgs).

Connecting your account

In Zapier, when you add the Tormano app you are asked for an API key. Create one in Tormano under Settings > Integrations > API keys with the Write permission enabled, paste it into Zapier, and your account is connected.

What you can build

• Triggers: New Contact, New Deal, Deal Won or Stage Changed, New Donation, New Grant, New Volunteer, New Event, New Pledge, New Membership, and more.
• Actions: create or update a Contact, Company, or Deal, move a Deal stage, create an Activity or Task, record a Donation, and more.

Business and nonprofit orgs each get the trigger and action set that fits their edition.
